…such a fine site to see.
I did, and took a photo to prove it.
Nice place to visit (briefly!!).
I have not, but I’ve seen a woman in a flatbed Ford. She did not slow down to take a look at me.
well lets see it steelmarket. =)
I have not stood on a corner in Winslow Arizona by the way.
I’m guessing that it is a huge box of loose photos, the accumulated photo detritus of many years. This was back before they made it into some kind of a park. I think that I did have Jackson Browne playing in the cassette deck. Ah, David Lindley’s lap steel work…
I have, and the Eagles still suck, man.
@PupnTaco- Five number-one singles and six number-one albums, seem to suggest otherwise.
come on baby, don’t say maybe…
Is your sweet love gonna’ save me? I’ve gotta’ know.
Winslow is pretty run down ugly relic of the past ghost town with rampant poverty—kind of like most of the rural USA.
I’d love to go to Winslow, Arizona but, sadly, I’m stuck here at the Hotel California. They said I could check out anytime I’d like but that I could never leave.
@AstroChuck. I know how you feel.
I went back to Ohio, but my city was gone. There was no train station. There was no downtown.
Well I never been to heaven, but I been to Oklahoma.
Well they tell me I was born there but I really don’t remember.
In Oklahoma, not Arizona.
What does it matter.
@ cheeb: I was channeling The Dude for a moment, but sales ≠ talent. Look at Britney Spears.
Now we’re on Three Dog Night songs?
@AstroChuck – Lighten up while you still can, don’t even try to understand.
I’m leaving my house in Tucson Arizona for some California grass…..
