Ear pressure relief please!

I went to the doctor close to 3 weeks ago with ear pressure. He said I had an ear infection and gave me a low dose antibiotic because I’m nursing my 4 month old baby. Well, the antibiotic seemed to help at first then- nothing. I still have the ear pressure and not too keen on going back to this doctor. Can anyone help me? I’d really like to hear again.
