Any ideas on how to prepare ham pieces?

I was given a huge vacuum packed ham that’s already been sliced into pieces. Does anyone have any good ideas of how to cook it for our Christmas dinner?

If it’s sliced, doesn’t that mean it’s already cooked?
it has been cured, but not cooked
REad the label. It is probably fully cooked, otherwise it would not have been sliced.
You need to heat it up. maybe make a glaze out of diluted grape jelly or apricot jelly or go to www.epicurious.com for a recipe.
serve with sharp mustards, potatoes and anything else you like.
Contrary to popular belief there is NO good wine that goes with smoked ham. maybe a Gewurztraminer,
enjoy it.

Cook some beans and/or lentils with the bone on Friday
@buster, I thought of that, but my family said it’s too unhealthy. WTH??!! Since when were Christmas dinner and pork ever in a healthy category? lol

If you received a ham slice, a cross-cut section from a smoked or cured ham, less than an inch to an inch and a half thick, then you could broil it as buster suggested.
In that case, I like to make a glaze of honey and lime juice, even sometimes using “Roses Lime Juice” that is usually used in cocktails and spreading it very thinly across the slice as it goes under the broiler.
Or soy sauce and honey (just a little cause the ham is salty too).
Give it no more than 5 under the broiler, flip it if you want but be prepared for a messy broiler pan if you do so.
The crust tastes great.

I’d put it in a baking dish with a lid on it & heat it up in the oven. Easy & simple.
you can always put ham pieces in eggs…make a scramble or an omelet?
Thank you all. I did exactly as some of you suggested and put in a baking dish and baked it for about 45 minutes. It came out extremely tender, juicy and flavorful. And for breakfast this morning I made omelets with the leftovers.
