Me: I hope you get better. Would love to take you out for soup anyday.
Her: Thank you. Have a good day.

If she ignored my soup comment, does it mean she is not interested :*( ?

I don’t want to “give up” so soon, since I REALLY like her but I don’t want to keep bugging her if she’s not interested.
...should I just ask her if she is ..lol does that sound like a good plan ? : (
I think my soup comment could be taken both way ”...hey I like you” or ”...hey lets hang out as friends”
It took me almost an hour to come up with that comment, so it would not be awkward/inappropriate.
