Is there anyway to fix it?

How long has it been doing that? If it’s not the computer those files originated on it could be that someone deauthorized all computers from their account and now you have to reauthorize. If that’s the case, it should go away after a few times. Mine used to only need it done once, now I have to authorize like four times and it’s good. If that’s not the case, restart the program, restart the computer, if that fails, contact apple.
It’s been doing it for a while. Sometimes it will say to authorize it, so I will, then I’ll go to play it right after and it will ask for authorization again. I’ll probably need to contact apple at some point. It works eventually, but it’s just annoying.
I had that problem when I moved to a new state. I don’t know if it was the move or not. I deauthorized my computer then re authorized it. That seemed to fix it.
When your in iTunes the upper left corner has all those options. You know file, edit, view. Well click on Advanced, go to Deauthorize Audible Account. Click on it. Then when done restart your computer, go back to iTunes. This time it will tell you Authorize Audible Account. Go through the steps and see if that helps.
