Which movie should I watch?

Borrowed a couple of DVDs and wanted to know which would cheer me up most (none of them are comedies as far as I can tell).
1. Agnieska Holland’s “Total Eclipse” with L.Di Caprio
2. Federico Fellini’s “La Dolce Vita” with M.Mastroianni
3. Jim Jarmusch’s “Welcome To Florida” (or at least that’s what I think it’s called) from 1984.
Jarmusch is my favourite, but the particular film could be depressing, and I’m looking for something to cheer me up.

I know only one of those, La Dolce Vita, and would not really recommend it as an aid to cheer, not that it’s gloomy. It’s just, well,—
How about signing onto NetFlix and watching some of their immediate-viewing selections? The choice has been expanded in recent months so it’s not all just second-rate oldies you would never rent anyway. Some good stuff there, and some entertaining classics.
I have no idea what on earth you’re talking about, but I assume that it’s some pay-per-view website. Unfortunately my connection is not that fast, and even downloading movies is out of the question. I don’t even go on youtube anymore. I think I’ll just go for Jarmusch. See you guys later :)
Go outside for a walk, do something exciting or meet some friends if you want to get into a better mood. Watching movies rarely cheers me up if I’m depressed.
Or for a quick fix of funny -> http://icanhascheezburger.com.
NetFlix is a DVD rental site. If you have an account, you also can view movies on a selected list free. They download in roughly 10-minute increments to stay ahead of your viewing, but if your connection is slow or interrupted, it switches to a different mode to download a bigger chunk (or all of it). It can take a while, but then you can just watch it.
But I guess that well-meant suggestion isn’t for you. Sorry.
No, it was a good answer, and I’m sure NetFlix is a great concept, it’s just that my connection is too slow. I live in Poland, not the US, remember? And I don’t even have a proper connection, I have one that basically runs through a mobile. Thank you for taking the time to explain though :)
btw I ended up watching “Total Eclipse” which is the (apparently true) story of two 19th c gay French poets. It’s a good film, but I found it hard to identify with either of the main characters, both of whom were not merely gay, but also cruel, self-centred and at times even sadistic. But a well-made movie nonetheless.
elmagico thanks but for various reasons I can’t go out for a walk and meet friends. I know only one person in this city and she’s sleeping. And it’s -2C outside and everything is closed.
