The current Journey to The Center of The Earth had 3D showings.
wow cool thanks tinyfaery!! i didn’t know that it was.
You had to go to Imax to see it, I think.
It’s a special theater that has a huge screen and special projectors. They always have 3D movies. They have more short films, like underwater adventures and mountain climbing. The shows are awesome. Where do you live? IMAX is usually connected to science centers and museums.
You can buy the 3D version on DVD and it comes with the special glasses
i live in Maine. they don’t have them here.:(
thanks emboes.. yes that is what i usually do.
New Hampshire and Mass are closest to you. That sucks. But states are small out there, no? How long of a drive is it? I’d recommend you see an IMAX movie some time in your life; it’s quite an experience.
yes the states are kind of small. but bigger then N.H. it is about an 2 hour drive from here. i will make sure to go see one the next time i go see my grandparents. thanks tinyfaery.
I love IMAX movies (theyre building one real close to my house cant wait) i think the best one i saw was “Deep Sea” it was 3d and narrated by Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet
I think that space chimps movie that came out around the same time as journey to the center of the earth was 3d.
@urberbatman.. cool!! congrads.
IMAX has a Cirque du Soleil in 3D that is astonishing.
Bolt is out in 3D. We saw it and enjoyed it. I wasn’t as lown away by its 3D-ness as some other things I’ve seen, but enjoyed the movie anyway.
The Dark Knight in IMAX is sheer awesome. While it’s not 3D, the film resolution is so high that the few scenes done using it looked so gorgeous.
ok i must find the one in N.H. then. darn Maine for not having one here.
