What version do I download for Handbrake 0.9.1?

I use Windows Vista, and I use a Dell laptop. I want to download version 0.9.1 because 0.9.3 doesnt work and some people have told me its screwed up and to download this version. There are 3 versions to choose from: OS X 10.4 : GUI or Command Line Interface. Or Source Code . Which of the three should I download?

None of those choices work for windows, so I found you a download link.

They no longer have the windows 0.9.1 on their web page. Here is a link to download it from a 3rd party server.
