What is happening to me? (EYES/VISION)

For the past 3 days I’ve been having problems Focusing.
I don’t know how to describe it, I can see everything clearly (20/20 vision) but you know when you don’t get any sleep, you have this weird feeling and want to throw up? (well I feel like that Minus the throwing up)
I’m in front of the computer all day long (at work and at home) but it’s nothing new, I’ve watched tv and played video games all my life. But nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
I don’t have a headache.
Does anyone know what would cause this?
Also, I’ve been under A LOT of stress…and am also losing my hair :*(
I don’t know if this is true, but I just looked in the mirror and my pupil seems to be expanding and contracting non-stop.
Any ideas? (Besides going to the doctor?)

Sounds like eye strain. Too much computer time can do weird things to your brain, like trigger seizures. You need some time away from the computer screen. If you think about it, looking at something backlit is not the normal way we look at things. We usually see reflected light, bounced off of opaque objects.
Could it be high blood pressure? Lack of minerals? Do you eat green leafy veggies?
no, I usually avoid everything that is green (except lettuce and peas)

I don’t know, but I hope you figure it out and recover quickly.
Try avoiding the computer for a day and go outside and look at lots of objects at different distances, for hours. See if that shifts it up any.
Also, relax, get sleep, practice and develop techniques for addressing, processing, relieving and letting go of stress…
Migraines don’t always produce headaches. Some, called opthalmic migraines, mostly screw with your vision, producing a variety of different effects. Nausea is also common with migraines. Stress can trigger migraines, and they can persist for days.
I’m just throwing this out there as a possibility, but please don’t take my word for it.
That was the first sign I had that I had diabetes. You might want to see a doctor.
The technical definition of your symptom sounds like pseudomyopia. One possible explanation is the aptly-named computer vision syndrome. I suggest you try to cut back on the computer/TV time if you can, and see your doctor if the symptoms don’t improve.
Still can’t see :*(
I did not turn on my computer all day yesterday
If I lose my sight, I will have to jump off a cliff…
Will you go see a doctor now please?!!
I strongly encourage you to go see your doctor and then probably an ophthalmologist. There is no better time like the present! Do not play games with your vision!
Go to the doctor, and let us know!
Did you go to the doctor yet?
Thank you for your concern, I have, not
Don’t make us all send you a PM each and every day asking, “Did you go to the doctor yet?” until you go to the doctor!!!
