I’ve slept in a summer weight sleeping bag while climbing at altitude. (picked up the wrong bag by mistake and found out when we made camp after flattening an area of snow for the tent.) ‘Slept’ on my knees curled in a ball got up the next morning for 8 hours solid climbing with only the same to look forward to the next night. Yes, I am hard core.

I am a hard core wife, lover, best friend and momma. I live life to the fullest trying to never waste an opportunity to do something new and exciting that I would regret not doing when I am too old to do it! I have one life to live, and I will live it to it’s fullest.

I’m pretty hard-core about music, I listen to very specific stuff, usually by guys who are dead or getting there. It is very hard for me to accept new sounds.

I am extremely hard core about books. I only read stuff by Terry Pratchett. I wish I could read other things too, but ever since I discovered him everything else I try seems boring. So I always have to just wait a year for his next novel and then read it in 3 days.

I’m also a hard-core D&D fan, if that makes any sense.

I don’t think I am. I can ignore pain pretty well, but if I don’t like something, I don’t force myself to do it over and over just to prove I can. For instance, dip (tobacco). One of my cadre used to do calisthenics with a big glob of cherry Skoal in his lip. No place to spit in the mat room, my friends; so he swallowed it the whole time. THAT’s pretty hard core, I think.

Not for me. I do things I like, even if they hurt a little. Not hard-core, just having fun.
