Is $400 a good price for a white iPhone 3g 16gb in the box?

I found a web site that the guy is selling a 16gb white in the box iPhone and i am thinking about purchasing it….... for one he said i could pay through paypal ( iIS THAT SAFE ENOUGH?) and it is in the box so tell me what you think

It’s a good price for someone—you can buy a new one at AT&T for $299.

I think that’s around the price of an iphone without the 2 year contract, so it’s probably a fine price.

It’s a $400 gamble, in that case, that things will continue to work. You pays your money, you takes your chances.

paypal is relatively save. It depends if it is unlocked or not. Personally i’d get it via apple myself, just out of safety but whatever floats ur boat :)
