Has anyone else here been completely screwed by Pep Boys?

Asked by curtaincall (124points) September 20th, 2007 from iPhone

my wife and I took our car to pep boys and it has now been there for three days. Every day they tell us our car is ready we go to pick it up and it won’t start after replacing the starter today it still wouldn’t start. Now keep in mind it started fine when we took it there in the first place and that wasn’t why we took it in.

I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Consumer Affairs Bureau of your city/area to make a complaint; oftentimes they can mediate disputes or solve problems.
