Asked by blastfamy (2174points) January 9th, 2009

I have been trying to remember the name of a book I read back I in the early 80’s. I can’t remember the title or the author :( I thought it was { the dream weaver }, but that dosent seem to be right.

I do remember lots of details… it was about a woman who’s father recently died, and as she was driving down the freeway, had a nervis break down and left her car and ran into the woods eventualy passing out.She is found by by a set of twins, one of which is mute and they take her back to their village…

Can you remember anything else? The time in which it was set, remarks about clothing or autos or anything that might help me place it in a particular decade? After some extensive searching, I’m coming up empty handed.

It was all a joke…
I really do apologize if you spent a great deal of time looking…
