Tv station kbsworld: availability via broadband internet.

I enjoy watching television station kbsworld: specifically one show called “You are my destiny.” It’s a standard situation soap opera that’s English subtitled. I’m wondering if OTHER THAN satellite or cable how I can watch the show via a broadband internet service such as my satellite tv or other internet based broadcasting. I understand the show IS made available on the East Coast via digital television antenna, however I live in Los Angeles. I looking for suggestions that might allow me to watch the show.
