Good-quality pepperoni. That’s perfection, plain & simple.
Pepperoni, sausage and cheese: good and traditional.
Pepperoni, lots of mushrooms, shrimp & cheese

Caramelized Onions, Pear and Gorgonzola.
I like to make French bread pizzas for the family. A loaf of French bread (garlic/Parmesan), tomato sauce, fresh garlic, pepperoni, sausage cooked with onion, and mozzerella cheese. In the summer we use fresh bell pepper, Roma tomato and jalapeƱo pepper from the garden.
Yeah, California here. Pepperoni is still the best. :)
I like homemade sauce and lots of cheeses.
Smoked salmon and leeks. Then I top with fresh lemon juice after cooking.
I hate when my family makes homemade pizzas. But I am a pizza critic, so we put oregano, basil, rosemary, and many herbs and spices. I am not a cook, but that is what our family does.
Fresh Mozzarella, Roasted red peppers, sliced portobellos and some goat cheese (because cheese is a good thing!). I also love the tortilla pizza and scampi pizza at CPK but have never tried to replicate them at home.
