What are the cheapest ferries from Seattle to BC?

I am specifically trying to get to Victoria or Vancouver. I’m trying to save $ by flying to Seattle instead of Vancouver, but can’t seem to find a cheap ferry to make it worth it. I already know about BC ferries.

All of the ferry fares are about the same, pretty high (in my opinion). You know, I assume, you don’t need a ferry to get to Vancouver, just to Victoria.
