Why do people vomit blood?

Many reasons. All of them involve an urgent trip to the local hospital’s A&E to get it checked out.

Could be several things, most commonly due to a stomach ulcer, but could be cancer, swallowing sharp pointy things, or other diseases.

omg I got the biggest fear of puking… scared I will puke blood. I would rather die than puke blood. I hate blood as it is and puking it would make me faint and I would be traumatized and possibly scarred for life…
