Whats wrong with my foot?
I am 20 (if that has any relevance). I have always had cold feet. Poor circulation, I assume. The past week the arch in my right foot gets a warm sensation. No tingling or anything, just warm. It happens with socks on or off, sitting in any position. So whats going on?

Is it painful? Did you have a wound in that area recently? I found some information online about arch pain that may help you decide if you need to see a doctor or not.
Warm sensation doesn’t sound so bad, I would kind of like it if my feet had this problem. Have you ever tried insoles? They seem to help out all my pain from the waist down. My deal has always been to put up with it until it got too painful then Id go to the Dr
There is NO pain, and when I the area is not warm to touch. It is not a burning, just a warm sensation, like theres a hot liquid inside my foot.
I have not injured my foot in anyway in the past.
I have a history of diabetes in my family but have never been checked for it myself.
I can’t find anything online except for other people asking the same question.
I would go to your doctor and get checked for diabetes. Now.
A history of poor circulation, diabetes in the family and warm spots on feet make me immediately think Diabetes. Better safe than sorry.
I second laureth and asmonet.
I third it! Any other symptoms like vision changes or being thirsty more often?
Nope, no vision changes, I can see perfectly fine. and I’m no thirstier than I usually am. I am not overweight, and I am quite active.
Urinating more often? Bruising more easily? Body parts falling asleep more often?
You should still go see the doctor, just to get diabetes of your list of possible causes.
The problem with the three things you have asked me is that I never paid any attention to any of those things before now, so I can’t really say if any of these are occurring more or less than they were before.
