Help me decide whether to go running right now or not please?
Pros:
I like running.
I got plenty of sleep last night.
It’s friday, so I have plenty of time to do a long run.
If I run today (as opposed to tomorrow), I can get more total miles in this week.
Cons:
It’s freaking freezing outside, which leads to:
a) Being cold is miserable, and
b) Every time I’ve gone running when it’s this cold my knees hurt later.
If I don’t run right now, I can accomplish some other useful thing, such as doing the dishes.
I can’t make up my mind, so you tell me what I should do!
EDIT: I forgot to add, I will have time to run tomorrow AND it’s supposed to be 20 degrees warmer.
