What flash game/animation is this?

This is going to be vague so good luck.

It was similar in art style to this video (interesting watch): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvgwR9ERCBo

There was nothing really challenging about it. You just clicked or rolled over somethings to view various actions.

I know it was on Ebaum’s World about…4 or 5 years ago.

All I can really remember was something about a man playing a tuba, a basketball, someone getting larger (or possible smaller) as you clicked him and a director who would yell if you hovered over him.

I believe the answer is Flow, but there’s no tuba in that one.
