Do you use a Tablet PC?

What are some of its disadvantages? Which are the best tablet PCs? Which one do you have? Do you like it? I am thinking of buying one for medical school, since they are great study/note-taking tools, but I also still want to be able to use it for typical college student interests such as movies, music, etc. Is there a compromise or do I have to choose between a study laptop vs. an entertainment laptop? Any advice regarding the matter would be appreciated!

Spare me from comments such as: “PC is for the lame. Mac is better.” “No, I don’t use a Tablet PC, thanks for asking” “What’s a Tablet PC?” etc etc.

PS – So far this seems to be a good site for exploring Tablets. But I am more concerned about the “is it worth it” answers rather than “this is the tablet you should get” answers.
