TomTom6 SDK - Application Hangs?

Hey there,
In some cases, while the application is calling the getrouteinfo method, the user will close tomtom. This results in the application hanging (the getrouteinfo call will never end). Can we do anything to prevent this?

I love my Tomtom, but have never had this issue.

Have you tried rebooting?
