My crystal ball says Feist,The Reminder.

I was going to suggest the Meditation tapes by Jon Kabat-Zinn for being calm, in the moment, relinquishing all worldy possessions, breathing deeply, releasing stress, etc, but don’t think I will now :-)

Feist, The Reminder is my favorite cd purchase of 2007.
