Anyone have any clue why downloads won't start on Opera for me?

Downloads won’t start on ANYTHING, zShare, Rapidshare, even when I tried to download the newest MSN from download.live.com/messenger it wouldn’t download. I click download and it doesn’t start.

It could be an issue with a firewall. Turn off firewall then restart your browser then just restart your computer and see how far that get you.
