SMS For Free (iPhone app) doesn't work?

Is it just me or does this app not work at all?

I’ve had really small luck with the free SMS applications or websites for the iPhone. Especially those websites that you can add to the end of the number you want to send a picture to. My advice is always read a little deeper into the reviews or get a third party review instead of just the sometimes accurate iTunes reviews.
