Does anyone know, is Gunther a drag king?
Really random question. Years ago, I found this music video (NSFW) and ever since, I have been convinced that Gunther is a drag king. I did a Google search on it and I can’t find anything that says he is, everything refers to Gunther as a “he”.
However, there was something in a newspaper that makes me wonder.. it said ”OK, drag kings this one’s for you! Just ripe with tongue wedgied into cheeks for seriously campy fun, Swedish musician, club owner and uber-sexy man Mats Söderlund aka Günther rocks his mullet and smoky sunglasses like a Las Vegas shark to the point he’s infectiously fun and dorky on a superhuman level with a gaggle of “Sunshine girls”literally bouncing off his every word.”
So, I’m wondering if anyone knows conclusively if Gunther is biologically male or if he’s a drag king?

His real name is Mats Söderlund as you said and as far as I know he’s a natural born male. I think it was just a heads up for a seriously flamboyant article. :)
I don’t know the answer to your question, but I just needed to note that I have seen Gunther live and in concert. Crowing achievement of my life.

He has no Adam’s Apple to speak of. And his chest has the same look my FTM friend had pre-op when he was strapping down his boobies. And post when he had the same posture from years of trying to minimize the bulge. He just kinda looks butch

If you go to his official site and wait through about twenty seconds of music, the main picture is fully revealed, his pecs look airbrushed and just look at his crotch.

Yeah.. that photo on the flash intro is weird, no matter how you look at it. It seemed photoshopped to me.. if you look closely at the neck area, it’s pretty obvious. In close-ups, there’s either no adam’s apple or the barest hint of one. The body shape (in that photo) seemed male to me, but I don’t trust that because I think the photo’s been manipulated.
I’d post a picture of my FTM friend but I don’t want to violate his privacy, a year into hormones literally no one could tell. The only telling factor is he has more muscular legs than the average dude. I’ve seen him pretty damn close to naked and it’s fairly close in terms of body type.
He should have some manjunk peeking through. It just dips down. I say there’s a va jay jay.
He says his real name is Mats Soderlund in interviews. Former male model and club promoter.

I know!! I even argued that with my girlfriend. She pointed out that when he gets up from the fireside naked, they don’t show the face. So it may be a body double. I mean, everything else just screams drag king.

The only thing I can say is that I am usually extremely attracted to drag kings, but not this one.
Günther wants to change the worlds look at the sexual way of thinking, so he have started a new trend to sexualise it more in the world. “A Günther trend”.
