How long should I wait after eating before exercising?

Until your food digests and you can feel that your not going to hurl after working out for 20 minutes. It’s different for everyone depending on their metabolism
I run several days a week following my noon time meal and my standard has almost always been exercising 60 to 90 minutes after eating.
If it is Thanksgiving dinner, about two weeks. If you plan to exercise, eat a light meal or snack before and then dine afterwards.
I try to wait about 1 hour to 1 1/2, it depends. I dont like the heavy feeeling plus thats right your gut might hurt and you might yak lol.
