Can I install system programs from a windows vista installation disc without reinstalling vista?

I have Windows Vista Home Premium and my mom has Vista Student. Student comes with Word and so on. Can I install microsoft office on home premium without reinstalling vista?

Who makes your computer? They should be on separate discs.
