I’ve heard randomly once that when someone’s snoring, they don’t dream… true or false?

I’ve woken myself up from my own snoring during a dream. So I’d have to say, no, not true.

Not true. I am a light snorer, and have dreams.

The next time I poke my husband in the ribs for snoring so loud, I’ll ask him if he’s dreaming and I’ll get back to you with his answer! :)

I’ve definitely woken Tim up to tell him to stop snoring only to hear “oh, I was having such a dream…”

Nah, that’s silly.
It’s two entirely different functions of your body. Just because you’re slack jawed and snoring doesn’t mean your brain ceases to function. Though, I suppose some could argue otherwise.

you can definitely dream and snore simultaneously.
