What do you do to “de-stress”? Booze/drugs need not apply. ;-)

Exercise.

Rope jumping is good. You can sing yourself the same jumprope songs you sang as a kid to make it fun!

Exercise. More specifically, a punching bag, a treadmill, anything I can either express my pent up rage o, or can get absorbed into such that I’m not brewing over the rage.

Hike in the woods. The silence helps tremendously!

Meditate on God’s Word especially Psalms/Proverbs/Phillipians

Exercise can include furious house-cleaning. But, I would choose a fast walk outside somewhere beautiful. Take a plastic bag along and clean up the debris.

Try riding a bike. The wind in your hair on a crisp fall day is unbeatable.

All of these suggestions are fantastic. I especially love @nebule ‘s :] My number one stress management tool is the trifecta of yoga + deep breathing + mediation. Those three things, especially when done together and on a regular basis, literally melt the stress away from my neck, shoulders, heart and mind.
