Where has celtic music gone?

I’m planning a project that involves looking at the culture and music (particularly harp) of different celtic groups (by which I mean peoples, not bands). Brittany, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Galicia are the obvious regions, but anything outside of those places (outside of Europe, even) would be even better. The US is out-of-bounds. I’m thinking Canada and Australia primarily (though I don’t know about their harp traditions)—where else?
