There are many Whovians afoot in the fluther collective.
Terrific! There are very few where I live. :D
@mrswho- Here’s a test to determine how committed a Whovian you are.
Check out my mini-bio and tell me who first said it.
Danger – Spoiler.
The First Doctor. By way of Marcus Aurelius !!
I blame Asmonet for my Dr. Who appreciation.
absolutely love dr. who, especially in the 1970s when it came on in chicago at 10:30 on sunday nights. the PBS of that day was the funky, rebellious, adverse low-end channel you weren’t supposed to watch. it was pre-cable viewing! monty python aired as well. good times.
I’m not the biggest fan in the world, but I’ve knit two of those big long scarves for different exes.
Never again.
Anyone fancy a jelly baby?
Big fan since childhood right here!
@AstroChuck – I can buy those at the grocery store on my street! They have an entire section devoted to English/Scottish goodies.
I adore Doctor Who and had a great time living in London for 6 months and actually getting to watch the 2008 Christmas Special live and seeing little kids with action figures and books, etc.
A friend of mine turned me on to Dr. Who. My first experience with Dr. Who was with the David Tennant version, so to me, he’s the Doctor! :o)
This last Christmas special (“The Next Doctor”) kicked ass.
God bless YouTube.
Hahaha, I’m glad my brother gave me credit where credit is due. You’re damn right I did @KingMalefic.
@amanderveen – Tom Baker’s mine as he’s my first, but David is next on the list!
And unfortunately, you cannot buy such Scottish goodies as David Tennant at the store down the road. :(
Definitely Tom Baker is the best. I also concur that David Tenant is, so far the next best.
OK, Whovians, so which Romana was hotter?
Mary Tamm, by a long shot!
