Outlook2007 + blackberry desktop = slow outlook?

after I installed blackberry desktop program, it takes about 2 minutes to open outlook. Any ideas how to fix it? It’s new computer (3 months)

You need the blackberry desktop manager. Or is it synching over the air where you are having a problem?
