Does fluther have "activity cycles"?

Has anyone else noticed a trend between the times of the day there are a lot of people asking questions, but then at other times there are hardly any questions at all? I think that the fluther activity sort of dies down a lot in the late evening or beginning of night (starting around 8:00PM CST). Any other observations?

Think you’re right. Though people are on this site 24/7.
Yes, they are similar to sunspot cycles and equally unpredictable.
Yup. What Gail says. Every eleven years, like clockwork.
its like a ghost town between 3am – 6am EST
and i usually notice the same people at different times of the day, but for some reason AstroChuck is off the charts and pops up at anytime of the day
I practically live here (when I’m not sick)!
When the Californians are awake, it’s very lively, otherwise, not so much.
Being on the East coast, when I start at 9 am, little seems to be happening. I hardly get any lurve. But starting around noon, things pick up. I think they slow around dinner time in the east, and then the biggest traffic is from 9pm to midnight eastern time. Or so it seems to me.
Is there a mod or a developer who has the stats to tell us for sure?
There are much more during the later hours, in my opinion, because everyone is working during the day (I am on February Vacation now).
