I think that you lurve that which is awesome, wuv that which is adorable, and love friends/family/significant others. Does anyone else have any ideas?

@girlofscience Do you mean that you don’t think that there is a diffrence? I can see that.
The warm fuzzies I feel for for my jellies is “lurve”. It’s a hybrid of “love” and “admiration”.
When I see a puppy, I feel “wuv”. It’s “love” plus “nurturing”.
What I feel for Mrs. Harp is “love”, pure and unalloyed.
@Harp I agree, though I do not know and therefore cannot love Mrs. Harp I’m sure I would if I got to know her.
Wuv and love can’t be redeemed for fabulous prizes.
I don’t hate lurve or love.
love is true
the other two aren’t even words
a bit like being paid in Slovenian Tolars instead of US dollars, or Turkish Lira instead of Pounds Sterling.
I beg to differ. Lurve is a very real word to me.
Lurve is specific to fluther.
Wuv is for cute things (although I myself am not a big fan of the baby talk).
and Love is a whole different question.
but it’s Valentine’s Day, and I don’t have a Valentine, and I am on a hunt for a Mr. TMcGhee, so we’ll see how that all turns out.
I’ve heard lurve said outside of fluther but I haven’t seen it written that much.
lurve is the best variety i think. you know, it’s the kind they package with shiny “organic” “high quality” stickers
That all depends. On what? Hey, only one question at a time.
So where’s my lurve, then, @mrswho—or were you trying to give me wuv? Damn, where’s the spellchecker on this thing, anyway?
I keep thinking people say “I love you” instead of “I lurve you”
mrswho I want lurve, too!!!
