Is there anything that you have ever been (truly) embarrassed to ask for help for, but you did?

For someone (ANYone) to throw me (ie., over the top) a roll of toilet paper in a men’s room stall. The stupid dispenser was stuck and wouldn’t dispense.
I’m sure I have, but I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. I figure it’s worth the embarassment, at least once, rather than go through life without the help you need.
Maybe not embarrassed, but definitely a little undignified.
Was visiting my parents when I slipped in the bathtub. The shower door rail was really blunt, but I hit it so hard that it actually split my thigh open. I’m probably the oldest person I know to have called for their mommy. (I was 23 at the time.)
