Have you got any Riddles for us to solve?

I’ve posted this one before, but it’s fun

A hunter starts from his house, and walks one mile south to have lunch with a friend. Then he walks one mile west, where he meets a bear and kills it. Then he drags the bear 1 mile north back to his house.

What color is the bear?

“what gets wetter as it dries.” for countless reasons and torture of my 22 year old cousin.

that and the one that goes “Whats green hangs from a wall and whistles in the wind?”

Harp brown and black from all the earth and suit.. he was dragged a mile..

has to do with the direction the bear comes from, ey? polar bear=white? ...

OK, white; but I’m not convinced that you’ve understood why that must be the answer. That’s the interesting part of this little exercise
