Is there a To Do / task-list app that works with Mac OS 10.3? (Not a web-based service, a local app.)

The local apps I’ve found (Things, OmniFocus, Check it Off) require 10.4 or higher. I’m trying to set my friend up with a good app. My favorite by far is Things, but he’s running 10.3. Thanks!
