A quadruple bi-pass should do it.
Listening to my boys playing together.
Kind people doing things for others.
People who continually “pay it forward.”
Great Answer lurve.
Pancakes and a good frizzer.
I met a boy in the hospital. He was alone and afraid, his mom had to work and couldn’t be there the day of his treatment. He was in patient, as well – so I made sure I saw him during my “good” hours. We became friends. That young boy was a very brave boy. He was facing a very difficult cancer and the treatments were rough. He died. But his mother came to me and gave me a set of his toys, he liked Transformers – just like my son. He had told me before that he and I would beat our illnesses and we’d transform. He did, he transformed and really showed me a necessary, yet very bittersweet life lesson. Truth, in the face of a bad situation – and a positive attitude, that opens my heart.
Vulnerability, kindness, compassion, honesty and people who keep trying in the face of adversity.
Positive thinking. Seeing people in happy moments. Being in happy moments myself. Being the reason for somebody else’s happy moment. Love.
Love, friendship, joy, compassion, kindness, optimism, caring, sharing, smiles, hugs, kisses, and the sanctity of life itself.
Animals or children/people who are subjected to cruelty that they can’t understand the reason for. That does me in every time.
On the positive side, a smile or a humorous interchange with a stranger, or being understood by a friend will gladden and inspire me.
Random acts of kindness

This story opened my heart and brought tears to my eyes.
That was very moving, SuperMouse. I hope that for whoever comes to this thread later, that you would continue to add new thoughts and stories.
@SoapChef
I would broaden that to Random Acts lf Kindness
When a guy has enough guts to tell you that he likes you and knows that he might me teased. Sadness. Or just timing/hormones.
I like the question as well as every one of your answers.
Well, the silly one about the operation is not in the same league as the rest.
My wife; and my lovely children. We weren’t supposed to have children. But prayer brought about one of them for sure. Seeing their minds, bodies, and spiritual side grow is fantastic. The courage my daughter had when she lives her faith; and the intellegence of my son just amazes me. They are both still young enough to be living at home. So, if I talk about how wonderful each of them are tears begin to appear rolling down my face.
