Essentially, diversity is a composite of many cultures culminating in a like task force beckoning reasoning on a level that one of only one culture cannot comprehend. Companies benefit from the confusion.
A diversity initiative brings in different kinds of people. Different people bring different ideas to the table. Enough different ideas and you have a greater chance of hitting on one that works.
A lot of the same people bring a lot of the same ideas, which can get kind of inbred after a while.
Taking a business course, @love408?
I smell the foul odour of homework.
