idk, but man are they sick. my boyfriend gets nasty, stinky, fishy, burps from them. yuck.
@A_Beaverhausen My dr. told me to freeze them and take them at night to avoid that. It seems to work for me. I don’t know the answer to the question either, but hope someone does, as I do take fish oil pills.
Fishoil does not interact badly with medication. If it did, your doctor would tell you that you can’t eat ANY fish and that would cause a lot of other problems.
And yes, fishoil-pills are better than pure oil when it comes to taste, and taking them at night helps agains those nasty burps…
I have seen several doctors on tv and when asked what supplements they take daily they all said, “fish oil.” It is extremely useful but if you take more than 2 you will probably get nauseated.
Many doctors say to take 2; one in the morning; one at night. They should not smell rancid in the bottle. Krill oil is supposed to be “the gold standard” for fish oil but I find it too expensive and just buy Carlson’s brand. And no; I never burp fish burps. I did the first day only.
If it interfered with anything I believe the tv guests would have mentioned it.
