I thought blue lagoon the kids were not related- and she only had one. I do not remember twins.

I own that movie. Two small children and a ships’ cook survive a shipwreck and find safety on an idyllic tropical island. Soon however, the cook dies and the young boy and girl are left on their own. No mother and no twins.

The girl becomes a mother but I think only 1 baby
