How do I put my own iPhone app onto my iPhone?
Ok, so I’ve made an app and want to load it onto my phone, how do I do this?

I assume you’ve made an app with the iPhone development SDK, which lets you create apps and test them in the simulator. If you want to actually install it on a real device though, you need to pay the $99 to become a registered developer. Once you are registered, you can then copy your app to your device.
Or you can jailbreak and SSH it in. I think I read a tutorial on this recently. Google might provide an answer.
Jailbreaking is the way to go here, especially if you don’t plan on selling the app.
Ok thanks guys, guess I’ll do without until i make something worth putting on my phone
trust me, though, you should just send whatever the app is when it’s finished for submission and sell it for just 99c… If you don’t make up for the surcharge of $99, I’d be surprised. In fact, you should make at least a few thousand dollars off of it after a good long period on the store.
Btw, you have to, in order to actually install your apps on even your own iPhone, go through the tedious code signing process. Pick up a copy of “iPhone Application development for Dummies” it gives full instructions on how to do this.
