Could I sell a locked boost mobile phone?

My sister gave me a boost mobile Motorola i450. It works, but no charger. I want to sell it, since I dont need the phone, nor will I ever use boost mobile. But I wonder if I could sell a phone with a lock?

Also, if I go to a pawn shop, how much would they give me? How much should I even sell this phone, should I sell it?

It all depends on the type of phone but you won’t be able to get much for a pre-paid phone specially if it is locked and W/O a charger. SmartPhones are usually the big sellers on Ebay.
