A good prepaid cell phone?

It depends how you are going to use it. I use mine when I travel and for emergencies only. So, a great one for me is Virgin Mobile, which has an 18 cents a minute plan. They have other plans that might work better if you use it more.

I’ve heard that the TracFone is pretty good. :)

I use less than 100 minutes a year so with the ATT I add $100 once year (and get 125 minutes, +unused rollover). I don’t think there is any other plan cheaper than $8.50/mo.
