Which is your worst nightmare?

I sometimes dream of being murdered or attacked… I’d rather have the snakes :o

My worst nightmare would probably be if I were homeless, penniless, and jobless, especially in today’s unstable economic climate. I’m very grateful for everything I have and I try really hard not to take any of it for granted.

I don’t have many bad dreams but usually I am in a situation where I can’t run, even if my legs are moving. Also I have a lot of dreams where I am running from the cops, but those are usually pretty cool.

A ten story dorm building started to slowly collapse. i was on the top floor trying to help people get out. I couldn’t find my sister for the life of me. I was flipping scared out of my mind. I woke up in a sweat… and called my sister.

-that i missed my examination
-did not write much in the exam paper cause i ran out of time
-a skull grinning (with eyes)
-someone crawling on the ceiling (i think this was inspired by the movie, The messengers

Yet again the subject of nightmares. Yet I still haven’t had any.

Losing my children.

My worst nightmare involves one or all of my children being kidnapped. It’s usually an intruder in our home, and when I try to scream, I can’t.

oversleeping!!

I’ve dreamed (many times) that I have a big event to go to in a few minutes and I haven’t even showered nor shaved yet.

Michael Myers. I have recurring nightmares with Michael Myers. I hate him.

Teeth. For some reason, I dream about my teeth. I dream that I take my bottom teeth & hook them over my top ones & they all fall out just like kernals of corn. Maybe it’s because I’ve had so much dental work done over the years.

@jbfletcherfan I had nightmares like that for years leading up to a root canal that was eventually needed. Since then, no more nightmares!

@jonsblond This particular dream has been going on for years. Whether or not I’m currently having any dental work done. It just randomly pops up. It’s weird.

@jbfletcherfan I remember waking up from those nightmares feeling like I had lost all my teeth. It was a weird feeling. It would take me a minute to realize that it was just a nightmare.

Losing my family.

@jbfletcherfan I have dreams about my teeth falling out a lot too.

I wonder what it is about teeth? I’ll wake up & run my tongue over my teeth just to make sure they’re still there, LOL.

Being in a public bathroom, trying to find a clean urinal to pee in, and I’m either wearing sandals or bare feet, and there’s overflowing toilet water everywhere. I can never escape except by waking up.

My worst nightmare was a few years ago. I dreamt I was back at the place where I was raised from 12–18 and I couldn’t get out. Everywhere I went in the joint, That Person was following me and telling me what an awful, selfish person I was, and I couldn’t make her stop yelling. When I woke up, it took a few moments to realize that I was an adult in my own apartment. ::shudders::

It was one of the things that happened within a short span of time that prodded me to go into therapy.

losing my kids

I also frequently dream that I can’t get to my car or find my car and, in every case, the dream car is yellow. Why yellow? I don’t know.

Something happening to the people I love.

Interesting. In the dream, I DO panic when I can’t get to my car.

@MrM~ yellow cars, jeeps, bikes, motorcycles are always hot. At least for me they are…

going to the loo exposed to the public

Wow..you know I answered this question and it never showed up? Weird. My worst nightmares are about my sister dying. I think it’s my biggest fear in life and occasionally carries over into the night.
