Bluetooth phone texting on mac workaround?

Does anyone know of any good third party apps or workarounds for using bluetooth texting on a phone not supported on the built in one on a mac?

MacBook Pro 15: 10.5.6 Leopard

the phonebook included with apple in the older macs supports bluetooth texting. Think it was the 10.4 macs, not sure though. Just try opening address book and if you have a bluetooth icon click it, or search your preferences!
