What comes up when you Google your username?
For me, my Fluther account, a couple questions I asked and a YouTube video I posted. And then for some reason my YouTube on some Netherlandic site.

oops! i for some reason thought you said “Name” not username.
edit: a lot of Haight and Ashbury info pops up.
and my fluther account.
someone also as a live journal with the username of thehaight.
=D
My fluther account, and my retrojunk account… all the other websites with “krystaelyse” are from other people. I didn’t think many people had the same first and middle name as me.
Loser (2000) movie with Jason Biggs.
Everything that comes up is directly related to me haha.
Here’s the first five hits:
- Blue Freedom Farm Markets, Inc.
– Blue Freedom Rounded Corners
– BlueFreedom – free xhtml/css template
– Blue Freedom by minimalistic-design.net
– A link to my profile and someone wishing me a Happy Birthday on Askville
The link to my Fluther account finally appears at the bottom of the first reference page.
I’ve just started using this screenname as my internet screenname. I was using the same one for a while, and I needed more anonymity.
Fluther is the first thing that comes up, then my account at citydata, my twitter, my flickr(i don’t use that often, i posted pregnancy pictures though…you can all see me when i was fat), let’s see..two other things that are mine, then the rest is just people using “casheroo” as a reference to money I think.
I get links to a lot of posts on this and other sites, and many links to the script of “The Piranha Brothers” sketch from Monty Python’s Flying Circus. I didn’t realize that I used this name quite so much!
I found my Fluther account and related posts, some references to my former job (where I used cprevite for my eMail), a reference to an Apple support ticket.
The oddest of all was a quote from me (from a Fluther quip) in an article on HuffingtonPost.com. Can they quote me without permission?
@cprevite I googled your screenname and by reading that article, it seems they asked a question on here and wrote an article including the answers??? Very strange!
Mostly stuff about Sodium Laureth Sulfate (a detergent ingredient in lots of things that produce lather). My Fluther profile. On page 9 of Google we find the next thing that isn’t a chemical reference: some guy’s MySpace profile for “Laureth” (I guess it isn’t My Space, is it?). Also, my LiveJournal turns up on the 9th page of results. Not until page 14 do we find the next thing that has anything to do with me (my BookCrossing profile). After that, I’m too bored to keep looking. ;)
Apparently there’s a line of baby bedding called “Bananafish”. Lame.
Then there are some references to J.D. Salinger’s story, “A Perfect Day for Bananafish”.
And then there are some links to a manga series called “Bananafish”.
Guess which one of those three was the inspiration for my username??
my poetry website, xanga, and my fluther account
I’m hoping your inspiration was the Salinger short story, one of the really famous ones written in English.
Mine was quite interesting. Something about remote viewing which I am unsure of but seems intriguing.
When you google “pangolinn” then my answer to one of the questions comes up. :)
Hmmmm. Something about a little bald kid and a flying ace….
Add and xx to my username and you shall find a lot more. Take of the ‘baby’ off my username and add ‘linx’ and you may find my match.com lesbian profile ;].
five links all related to Fluther
The answer is Salinger. I chose the name based off of his story, which I love.
That was almost my second guess.
The definition of my name from many different sources. Nothing about me comes up on first page. lol
