Her lack of existence makes her very low-maintenance.
That my spouse and I can talk about anything.
I am a much better person when we are together.
@jayne
Dude, mine too!
You don’t think she’s two-timing us do you?
@jonsblond…are you certain it’s not my enormous penis?
Do I have to limit it to one thing? Her humor, her honesty, her ethics, her work ethic…I could go on and on.
The way he tries to be the best
The way he makes me laugh for days!
His sense of humor and wit. He always gets my jokes.
I’ve said this before (when the question was asked before): mine weights under 11 lbs., makes me laugh, is an efficient heating pad, tickles rather than burns me with his whiskers and does not have morning breath. Oh, and he helps get rid of the cluster flies by eating them.
@gc Would you say, then, that he is the cat’s meow?
@Mh: Or possibly the cat’s pajamas?
I love how respectful he is, always looking out for my well being.
It’s got to be her taste in men.
She is my emotional anchor.
but that’s one out of about 183 things I could name
There are so many things. No way I could name a favorite!
Oh, this is hard. Can I just go with ‘everything’?
@augustlan,...Careful that statement could be taken way out of context.
Again, I am so sorry,
Blondesjon
we can talk about anything and just lay around the house doing nothing and have fun.
When I was with him, it was his rationality and how he knew how to calm me down no matter what.
I think it’s just the way he understands me. We just “get” each other, you know? It’s just like this is how it should have always been…us, together.
his sense of humor is wicked! I love it…oh and the laugh lines on his face. Makes me melt!
All of the above, but also – his smell. The way my husband smells is quite unlike anything else, and when it’s not in my day-to-day life, I am just not the same.
His sense of humor, his cooking, his generosity, his need to reach out and help others, his willingness to do all the tough jobs before he was disabled, the way his eyes disappear when he smiles, and so many other things. It is hard to name just one thing.
If HE were to say what I liked best about him, it would probably be his teriyaki brisket – food of the gods!
Oh, and we wear the same size shirt and he doesn’t mind if I steal his.
Ok, my answer on the other thread was much better, so here it is again:
Smartest man I’ve ever known. Big and imposing enough to make me feel small and safe. Despite being big and imposing, I’ve seen him cry a number of times. He loves and cherishes me, in a way I’ve never known before. The way he finds me and murmurs contentedly in his sleep when I finally come to bed. The fact that he kisses me goodbye every morning, even though I am still asleep. He is a wonderful step-father to my girls and a wonderful dad to his boys. His sense of honor. His scratchy beard. His muscled legs… Mmmm, muscled legs. Ok, gotta’ go now!
He’s so funny. Seriously. His sense of humor can be a little misunderstood at times by others, but I get it and I love it.
He has the most amazing eyes. I’m not sure if he knows how much I love them, but they’re a light brown.. And just.. dammmmmmn.
I also like all her dirty bits.
Right now, it’s that he’s running to Wawa to get me a hoagie because I’m so drunk and need something in my belly. I love him for that.
Overall, I love how much we have in common. We just love doing the same things, same interests pretty much. I love that he accepts me for who I am, flaws and all.
She doesn’t fluff the covers when she toots.
@blondsjon
It’s not the size of the penis on the man, but rather the size of the man in the penis.
... And from the short time I’ve been on this site, (judging from both of your posts) I can say you got it brother! ;)
Modesty is also an endearing quality.
He is my rock. And I love that he is 6 foot 4, all muscle, tattoos and facial hair but loves to cuddle and sends me text messages that make my friends want to gag (i.e. “I really love being with you”, “I just want to get into a big bed and sleep with you till Tuesday”, etc.). He is just as sappy as I am if not more. :) Oh and he is a phenomenal dancer!
No Favorite because it’s the whole package (like other people have said) that makes him who he is and who we are together… humor, intelligence, gigantic computer geek (like me), passion – both for US and for what he believes in, caring – I have NEVER had someone take Care of me and Care For me, consideration, passion… I know, I mentioned that one but I really love it! (smile)
I love his accent (Aussie) and the way he knows exactly what I need, sometimes before I know I need it.
It’s a toss up between our soul-binding conversations and sharing a bed with her. Sometimes when we talk I feel so connected to her and the universe all seems to make sense. Most of the time we’re too busy (or silly) to really sit down and look at things, but when we do it really warms my heart. And I absolutely adore cuddling with her at night and waking up with her. She is so beautiful every morning sans make-up. Her hair seems to stretch and luxuriate around her head onto the pillow.
I’m really lucky.
