Should I be worried?

I’m in a bit of a pickle. I just moved in with my fiance a week ago into a condo. His landlord has known about me moving here since June and she knew the day I moved in. She told my fiance that my name did not have to be on the lease so we have not been too worried about getting that done. Anyway, so yesterday I had a bit of a drama fiasco and ended up going to the office because I needed security. Basically I brought my 19 year old babysitter to my place and her dad showed up trying to force her to go back home. When I go to the office they told me they couldn’t help me since I wasn’t on the lease… anyway, so after crazy dad leaves I went in there to apologize and make sure they knew that was not going to be an issue ever again. I was talking to the lady in the office and she was upset that I was living there without being on the lease. I told her our landlord knew and said it was fine, but it wouldn’t be a problem for me to put myself on the lease. Then she was like “ok so I’m going to talk to your land lord and tell her that there are two other women living in your unit.” I told her no, it was just me the other girl was just my babysitter and just living there. The lady seemed to get it after that and said it was fine, I just needed to go back in the next few days to get on the lease. She smiled, I smiled, we shook hands and made friends… I thought everything was cool. Apparently I was wrong. I get off work and my fiance is freaking out because our landlord, who is usually very friendly, was really upset about all this. She told him it was brought to her attention that there were two other people living with him and she was going to talk to the owner. She also threw in that the owner was an attorney. He told her the other girl is just our babysitter and not living with us but she didn’t get any happier or even try to understand…

So I got my name put on the lease this morning and called our landlord… she wouldn’t talk to me. She just told me I needed to call her back at 10:30 and was not very polite either.

I’m sorry for such a long explanation, but there was no other way. I am really worried right now and don’t know if I should be worried or if I should take any kind of action right now? I’m thinking I may have just gotten our landlord in trouble since I said she knew about it and that is why she is mad…But I could be wrong. What is the worst case scenario of what could happen? Help!!
